現場に到着すると、２階の外周部まで
透湿防水シートが施工されていました。
ミスミハウスの外部透湿シートは「遮熱」タイプです。
雨水の侵入を防ぐだけでなく、外壁からの
熱も遮断します。

室内から見るとこのような感じです。
窓も設置完了していました。
今回は販売用のモデルハウスですので、窓はアルミ複合窓です。
木造住宅において、窓の性能は家全体の性能を左右します。
予算が許すのであれば、窓の性能は極力あげた方が良いです。
木製窓＞樹脂窓＞アルミ複合窓＞アルミ窓
の順で性能が変わります。

ここまで来ると、第三者機関の『金物検査』を受けます。
柱は全て金物で接合していますので、
その接合部分1つ1つ検査されます。
指摘を受けた場合にその個所はやり直しますので、
重要なチェックとなります。

この後は発泡ウレタンの断熱材を施工しますので、
電気配線等もこの段階である程度配線しておきます。
前面の窓は、今回のモデルハウスの特徴でもある、
テラス部分に出る窓です。
２枚引き違いの窓種では一番大きいものになります。
（木製サッシだともっと大きいのありますけど・・・）
すごくいい感じです。
テラスが入った時の景色が楽しみです。

建て方が無事に終わりましたので、今度は外周部に
「透湿防水シート」を張っていきます。
「透湿防水シート」は読んで字のごとく、外部からの雨水の侵入は防ぎ、
壁内からの湿気は排出するという優れたシートです。
このシートを外周部に張り、通気層を設けたうえで
外壁材を施工していきます。
