昼過ぎに現場に到着すると、土台はほぼ敷き終わってました。
土台の樹種は「ヒノキ」で防腐処理を施しています。
しかし、昨今のウッドショック問題で土台の樹種も現場単位で
変更を余儀なくされております。
それでもテクノストラクチャー工法は全棟構造計算を実施するため、
どんな樹種でもOKというわけではないんです。
ツガやヒノキが基本的な土台の樹種となっています。

この画像はイメージなんですが、
土台を支えている束は、「テクノ束」と呼ばれる鋼製束です。
鋼製束なので、湿気にも強いし、シロアリの被害もありません。
また、溶融亜鉛めっき処理を施しておりますので、
束自体の錆に対しても強いです。

基礎内部の通気についてですが、写真のように
土台と基礎の間に、通気用のパッキンを挟んでいます。
このパッキンで床下の通気を取ります。
自然の風が流れ込み、基礎内部の空気が動くことで
湿気が溜まりにくくなります。
シロアリの床下侵入に関して10年間保証が付いています。

太陽の光がギンギンに照り付ける中、
業務用扇風機１台で土台を敷き続ける大工さん。
大引きを引いて、束を建てる作業を手際良く
進めていました。
次は建て方です。柱が建って屋根がかかります。

基礎が完成し、しばらくの養生期間をおいて、次は建物を支える土台敷き作業です。
土台を敷き終えたら、その上に構造用合板と呼ばれる板を敷き詰めていきます。
土台の支えには「テクノ柄」と呼ばれる鋼製束を採用しています。
