今回の建設予定地は、周辺の建物も地盤改良がちらほら…
決して地盤が強いというような土地ではありません。
住宅用地を選ぶときは周辺環境だけでなく、
地盤や地質も事前に調べてみましょう。
事前に調べる場合は、「地盤サポートマップ」を使うと便利です。

最終的には地盤調査を行うまでわかりません。

今回の地盤調査はＳＷＳ（スウェーデン式サウンディング試験）
と呼ばれる地盤調査となります。
先端にドリルの付いた鉄の棒を地面に回転させながら、
地中にねじ込んで地盤の強度を調査します。
この方法はスウェーデン式と呼ばれるだけあって、
スウェーデンの国有鉄道が路盤調査をする際に用いたことが
最初だそうです。

雨の降りしきる中、調査してもらいました。
調査員の方に「どうですか？弱いですか？」
と聞くと、「んー弱いねー。ほとんど負荷かけずに沈むね」
あーやっぱり、近隣区画でも地盤改良が発生してたので、
改良の可能性が高そうです。
また改良の場合にはこのブログで様子を伝えたいと思います。
次回は地縄を張って、地鎮祭を行います。

生憎の雨模様ですが、テラス付き規格住宅「ワンダークラフト」モデルハウスの建設がいよいよ始まります。
こちらでは、モデルハウスが建設されるまでをブログ形式でお伝えしていきます。
まずは土地の地盤調査から。建物が建つ予定の場所をポイントごとに調査してもらいました。
