配筋検査は、瑕疵保険会社による検査となります。
図面通りに鉄筋が配置されているのか？本数は正しいか？
鉄筋と鉄筋の間隔は適切か？などを細かくチェックされます。
検査員の方も、「テクノストラクチャ―の鉄筋はしっかりしてますね」
とおっしゃってました。
一番各会社の配筋時を確認している検査員の方だからこそ、
その違いがはっきりを判るようです。

無事に配筋検査を通過しましたので、
午後から基礎にコンクリートを流し込む作業となりました。
道路側からクレーンを使って、コンクリートを運び、流し込みます。
コンクリートは流し込んだ瞬間から固まっていきますので、
コンクリートを運ぶミキサー車も、コンクリートを流す職人さんも
手際よく作業を進めていきます。

コンクリートを流す人、コンクリートに振動を与えて空気を抜く人、
コンクリートの表面を均す人、外側の型枠を調整する人、
各職人さんが手際よく作業を進めることで、綺麗な基礎になります。
住宅を建てる場合の基礎ってとっても重要なんですが、
基礎の品質なんてほとんどのお客様が気にかけません。
難しい用語も多いですからね。

ミスミハウスでも住宅の基礎のほとんどはベタ基礎と呼ばれる基礎です。
右側のイラストが基礎の断面図です。
砕石の上に、捨てコンクリートと呼ばれるコンクリートを引いて、
その上に基礎を作ります。
ミスミハウスの標準基礎仕様は、基礎の根入れ350ｍｍ
根入れというのは基礎の地面に埋まる部分です。
基礎高さ400ｍｍ、基礎立上り幅150ｍｍが標準です。
この根入れに関してですが、ベタ基礎の建築基準法で定められた
根入れ幅は120ｍｍ以上ですが、いつもの基礎に慣れているせいか、
200ｍｍとかでも浅くないか？大丈夫か？と思ってしまいます。

打設が済んで表面を均していくと、このような感じになります。
この後、しばらく養生期間を置いて、今度は立ち上がり部の
型枠を組んで、同じようにコンクリートを打設して、
基礎の完了となります。

天気も快晴です。いよいよ基礎にコンクリートを流し込む作業を行います。
その前に、住宅瑕疵保険会社の検査を受けなければいけません。
基礎の配筋が適切に配置されているか？配筋同士の繋がりや建物と基礎をつなぐ
ボルトの位置など各項目を細かくチェックされます。
検査に合格となって、初めてコンクリート打設へと進むことができます。
