前回の地盤調査から一カ月、調査の結果は「地盤改良が必要」とのことでした。

地盤改良はまた後日ご報告するとして、

着工する前に、ミスミハウスのスタッフで土地のお清めを行いました。

通常ですと、神主さんを呼んで地鎮祭を行いますが、

今回は簡易的にスタッフで米、塩、お酒、榊で土地を清めます。

着工前に行う「地鎮祭」という儀式は、

土地の守護神に、土地を利用することの許しを得る儀式です。

この儀式は必ず行わないといけないものではありません。

最近では地鎮祭もされない方もいらっしゃると聞いています。

しかし、ミスミハウスでは全棟、着工前に地鎮祭を

実施していただいています。

無事故で工事が終えられるように祈願する、

重要な儀式だと思うからです。

こちらは今回の写真ではないですが、地鎮祭では

このような祭壇を組んで、お供え物を乗せ、

四方を竹で囲んで実施します。

神社によって多少の違いはあるものの、だいたい同じです。

お供え物は、米、塩、お酒、海の幸、山の幸、野菜などです。

お供え物も込みで準備してくれる神社もありますよ。

地鎮祭の所要時間は概ね３０分程度です。

流れとしては、神主さんが土地と参加者をお清めし、

建設地に神様をお呼びする「降神の儀」を行います。

その後、お供え物を献上し、神様に工事の安全を祈願し、

土地の四方をお清めしていきます。

この写真は四方を米と塩で清めているところです。

それから、「地鎮の儀」で盛り土に鍬と鋤で掘り起こす動作を行い、

「昇神の儀」で神様にお帰り頂くというのがざっくりとした流れです。

今回は簡易的なお清め式でしたので、

最後に全員で榊を奉納し、二礼二拍手一礼で

安全を祈願しました。

写真ではあまり映っておりませんが、

結構な雨の中実施しました。

ずぶ濡れの中、お清め式無事終了です（笑）

無事故で工事を終えられるよう、スタッフ一同

細心の注意で進めて参ります。
