現場に行くと、ほぼ全ての窓が設置完了していました。
今回モデルハウスで採用した窓は〝樹脂窓〟です。
窓は住宅にとってみると、壁に開いた大きな『穴』です。
その穴をガラスで塞いでいるに過ぎません。
家の断熱性能はこの『窓』の性能に左右されるのです。

今回採用している〝樹脂窓〟は窓の中でも
断熱、遮熱、気密性に優れた窓です。
窓枠が樹脂になっています。
樹脂は熱を伝えにくいので、
断熱に優れ、結露もしにくい窓になるんですね。
比較的性能の高いアルミ複合窓と比べても、
同条件で室内温度は2度ぐらい違いますよ。

日本での採用率を見て見ましょー
この採用率を世界に目を向けて見てみますと、
アイルランド 65.6％ ドイツ 55.5％
アメリカ 46.0％ フランス 38.0％
中国 22.5％ となっています。
日本の採用率はだいぶ少ない方なんです。

平成25年に「改正省エネルギー基準」が制定されました。
しかし、現在これはあくまで努力目標となってます。
この基準が2020年に義務化される！
というのが国の方針で決まっています。
ですから、この省エネ基準に満たない家を建てることは
できなくなるでしょうし、基準から外れている建物は
資産価値が下がってくると予想されます。
しっかりと基準の断熱性能を確保するうえでも、
樹脂窓の採用率は今後も増えて行くでしょうね。

この白い紙のようなもの、これが透湿・防水シートです。
どのような役割なのかと言いますと、
読んで字のごとく、水をブロックして湿気を透すシートです。
これが外壁の下に全面施工されます。
緑色の木が縦に貼られていますが、これは通気胴縁と言います。
この木に金具を付けて、外壁をかけて行くのです。
つまり、この木の厚みの部分が外壁の中の風の通り道に
なるんですねー！

建て方が終わると今度は窓枠を組んで、窓を設置します。
一言で窓と言っても、窓には色々な役割があります。
採光や通風のために窓を設置することもあるでしょうし、
人が出入りするために設置する窓もあります。
外の景色を眺めるための窓もあるでしょう。
窓を設置することで、建物の外観も大きく変わりますので、
家づくりをすすめて行く過程で窓を考えることは
重要な項目の１つとなります。
