スウェーデン式サウンディング試験‘ tag=’h3′ style=” size=” subheading_active=” subheading_size=’15’ padding=’10’ color=” custom_font=”]
なにやら聞きなれない名称ですが、
『スウェーデン式サウンディング試験』という
方式の地盤調査を実施しています。
機械の種類は色々あるのですが、
ロッドと呼ばれる長いロッドを地中に垂直に突き立てて、
地盤の固さを調査します。

これが地面にロッドが突き刺さっている様子です。
このロッドがどのくらいの深さで固い地盤に当たるのか、
ロッドの進み具合と回転数で判断していきます。
これを建物が建つ予定の中央と四隅、
計5か所実施して、地盤の強度を調査していくんですね。
もちろん、地盤が弱いと判断されると、
地盤改良して地盤を補強する必要が出てきます。
何も問題ありませんように！

気象庁から九州南部が梅雨入りしたと発表がありました。
平年より５日早く、昨年より１１日早い梅雨入りだそうです。
今秋オープンを予定している、アイリスガーデン吉野のモデルハウス建設予定地では、
地盤調査が行われました。
ご覧のとおり、けっこう強めの雨・・・降ってます。
傘を差しながら写真を撮ってましたが、下半身ずぶ濡れですorz
他のハウスメーカーさんも地盤調査をされているようでした。
アイリスガーデンもようやく着工に向けて進みだしましたよ。
ここでは、モデルハウスができるまでを分かりやすくレポートしていきまので、
